Terms of Use:
We agree to provide local Las Cruces businesses with the LiveLocalWeekly.com
service. The service includes all paid membership categories with their corresponding
services which include: a Business Directory Listing, Business Landing Page, the ability
to schedule and post sales and events on the Community Calendar, the ability to post
commercial/video and scheduled Business Stories that are written by
LiveLocalWeekly.com writers and including any other marketing and promotional
advertising that is available to businesses with an active LiveLocalWeekly.com
membership. We provide these services to local Las Cruces businesses to advance the
LiveLocalWeekly.com mission to promote local businesses and to encourage people to
shop and support local.
In return for our commitment to provide the service, we require you to make
commitments to us.
- Agree that the said business is a local Las Cruces, NM business with a current NM
business license with a Las Cruces, NM address. - Agree to be the owner or have permission by the owner to sign up for membership to
the LiveLocalWeekly.com online platform. - Agree to not do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or
unauthorized purpose. - Agree not to violate our terms or policies.
- We do not claim ownership of your content, but you agree to grant us a license to use
it. When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property
rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to
us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to
host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and
create derivative works of your content. This license will end when your content is
deleted from our systems. You can delete content individually or all at once by
deleting your account. - Agree that we can remove any content or information you share on the Service if we
believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our policies or guidelines, or we are
permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or
part of the Service to you including terminating or disabling your access immediately
to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us,
