For eleven years, I’ve been opening these doors at 6 AM with my grandmother’s café de olla recipe from Juárez and a simple belief: every person who walks in deserves to feel like they’re home. We source beans from Silver City, pan dulce from local bakeries, and give emerging artists their first gallery showing on our walls.
From NMSU students to night shift workers, everyone finds their spot among our mismatched chairs. Because this isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s the heartbeat of downtown Las Cruces.
